Consulting Services
Paint Consulting: We offer paint color consultations and general advice for interior and exterior painting projects. We charge according to the scope of the project, typically between $200 and $350
Staging Prep Consulting: The first step for the seller living in the home while on the market, which we refer to as an “Occupied Staging, is to arrange a consultation session. This consultation has a separate charge from the staging.
In the consulting session we will advise and mark the items we can use in a staging, which would be scheduled at a future date. The unmarked pieces would be the responsibility of the seller to remove before the staging day. A proposal will be written up after the consultation with a general plan, tips and costs involved for the future staging. If staging is agreed upon, we will return, rearrange and augment your home with art, decorative pillows and accessories to create the most appealing MLS photos.
Vacant Home: The first step is establishing that we have availability in the time frame that you are looking for. We then arrange a time either with the seller, the realtor or both for a quick walk through of the home followed up with an emailed staging proposal outlining the basic plan and cost involved. We require half of the initial staging fee to hold a staging date on our calendar; the remainder is due upon completion of the staging.
