We are so pleased with Pam's work and design! I made the decision to move out all my furniture first and have Pam stage the entire house for the purpose of selling. It was totally worth it for the following reasons: 1. She made the atmosphere cozy and very appealing to a variety of buyers (singles to family with kids). Even with staging an entire house, it wasn't over designed at all - and put together in a way that made it very easy to up keep even while we were living there and having open houses at the same time. 2. Reasonably priced. For designer quality, I was expecting to pay more - this tells me that she manages the inventory well and is smart about how much to do within the client's budget. 3. For sure, her work got our home listing to have the number 1 views and saves on Zillow for 2 weeks - and all of this during the slow fall/winter market season in Seattle... that says something!
